Hi everyone! I just wanted to create a special post for all of the subscribers to the Spoon Fork Heart cooking show. I am very grateful for each and every one of you, and humbled that you continue to visit my website, YouTube, Twitter, and Facebook. Some of you might be new to the SFH cooking show and others have been around since day one, but I feel so blessed for each and every one of you. The Spoon Fork Heart cooking show is proof that food can build friendships. So many of you send me questions, messages, emails, and even pictures of the recipes when you make them. I am very lucky to have such a great bunch of subscribers and friends.

In Thailand there is a saying, "Kin khun deo, mai ar roi" (กิน คนเดียว ไม่อร่อย), which translates to, “Eating alone is not delicious”. So grab a friend or a loved one and cook together, eat together, laugh together, and love together!!!
