3 pounds pork loin

1 cup brown sugar

3 cube fermented bean curds + 3 teaspoons juice

1/4 cup honey

3 tablespoons seasoning soy sauce

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 and 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder

1 teaspoon white pepper

1 teaspoons salt

1 and 1/2 teaspoons Chinese 5 Spice

2 teaspoons sesame oil

10 drops red food color (optional)

4 tablespoons water

* 2 tablespoons black soy sauce

♥ Dipping Sauce ♥

3 cups water

Left over marinade

2 teaspoons grated ginger

1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds (crushed)

3 tablespoons hoisin sauce

1 tablespoon brown sugar

2 tablespoons soy sauce

3 tablespoons + 3 tablespoons water
