Thai Seafood Dipping Sauce น้ำจิ้มซีฟู้ด - Episode 54

Thai Seafood Dipping Sauce (Nam Jim Tha'lay) is a very popular and universal dipping sauce for seafood. It uses common ingredients, and is very easy to make. It also just happens to be ridiculously delicious. It is sweet, sour, and refreshing all at once, a perfect match for any type of seafood. Steamed fish, shrimp, scallops, crab, or any of your favorite seafood pairs perfectly with this Thai Seafood Dipping Sauce recipe. The seafood sauce itself is vegetarian, since I didn't use fish sauce in this version. Very much like Mexican salsa, there are many different ways to make this seafood sauce, and it is common for each family to do it slightly different. Next time you steam a fish or boil some shrimp, make this dipping sauce to go along with it. You won't be disappointed, and it is sure to be a hit with your family and friends. Take your seafood up to the next level with this amazingly delicious, and easy to make, seafood dipping sauce.
