Thai Peanut Sauce is amazing condiment that can be used with many different Thai dishes. It is most commonly used with Satay and Thai Toast, but it can be used with many other dishes as well. It is full of complex flavors that make it one of those items that you just can't stop eating. It The two key ingredients in this condiment are peanut butter and massaman curry. Of course, you can substitute the peanut butter for any type of nut butter if you like. It is also possible to substitute the massaman curry for red curry, if you find massaman curry to strong. This recipe is part two of a three part Chicken Satay series.
