You can use different proteins instead if chicken for this dish, but to keep it Massaman (Muslim Man) Curry, it should not be made with pork. 1 nut meg
2 teaspoons maze
1 tablespoon cardamom
1 teaspoon whole black pepper

2 cinnamon sticks

3 and 1/2 tablespoons massaman curry (see above)
2 pounds chicken
3 cups coconut milk
2 cups chicken stock
1 pound potato
1 yellow onion
1/3 cup roasted peanuts
2 ounce palm sugar
3 tablespoons fish sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons tamarind sauce
3 tablespoons coconut oil
