Lemongrass Pork Chops หมูย่างตะไคร้ - Episode 131

Lemongrass Pork Chops

Lemongrass Pork Chops หมูย่างตะไคร้ are a great Asian take on a classic American dish. Pork Chops are pretty wonderful no matter how you cook them, but using a zesty herb like lemongrass results in an amazing flavor combination. Once you have finished marinading your pork chops, don't throw the left over marinade out. Save it, and boil it to cook any raw pork that is left inside, and use it for a topping at the end. Sort of an Asian play on a BBQ sauce. It's fun, creative, and delicious.
