As the seasons change and summer starts to set in, it is the perfect time to switch from coffee to iced coffee. My iced coffee recipe is inspired by Thai Iced Coffee. The main difference is who the iced coffee is sweetened. This recipe shows two difference ways to sweeten your iced coffee, one for those that like cream in their coffee, and one for those that like black coffee.
Use your favorite coffee brand, I use a local brand that I buy at the local farmer's market. Their coffee beans are great and makes the perfect flavor of coffee. For the creamed sweetener I use condensed milk, half-and-half, and evaporated milk. For the blacked sweetener I use coconut sugar and honey. Very simple, very quick, and very easy to make at home.

Coffee (enough for 1 serving)
3 tablespoons of your favorite ground coffee
6 ounces of water
Creamer (enough for 10 servings)
1/2 cup of condensed milk
1/2 cup of Half & Half
Coconut Syrup (enough for 10 servings)
1/2 cup coconut sugar
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup honey
