Five Spice Pork & Egg Stew หมูพะโล้ - Episode 58

Five Spice Pork and Eggs is a very common food in Thailand. As a kid growing up, I ate this almost every day at my school cafeteria. Of course, there were other options, but I love this dish so much that I really wanted to eat it every day. The flavors are amazing, and the combination of egg, tofu, and pork just seem to go together very well in a soup like this. I selected pork belly for the type of pork because that I what is traditionally used. But if you're not a big fan of pork belly, then any cut of pork will work just fine.
