Crispy Noodles with Pork หมี่กรอบราดหน้า - Episode 44

This Crispy Noodle with Pork recipe is a quick "under 30 minute" dish that is perfect for week nights when time and energy are in short supply. This is also one really great tasting recipe that everyone in the family is sure to love. The crunch of the crispy egg noodles are fun and a great contrast to the soft pork and gravy-like sauce. The soybean paste adds a depth of flavor that is found in more complicated cuisine. It is hard to imagine that flavor like this can be whipped up in less than 30 minutes. Since this dish is fairly quick and easy to make, it also provides a great opportunity to get beginners, or even kids, involved in the joys of cooking good food.

The flavors in this dish go really well together, but of course you can easily add or substitute other vegetables to your liking. Mushrooms seem to go really well with this dish, so if you're a mushroom fan, then you can elevate this dish by adding your favorite fungi. Also, there are several different types of chow mein (egg noodles) available for you to choose from. Some are thicker, some are thinner, and some are even flat. So pick that kind that fits your taste.
