Chicken & Sweet Pepper Stir Fry ไก่ผัดน้ำพริกเผา - Episode 65


Chicken Stir Fry is one of my favorite "under 30 minute" meals. Stir Frying in general is probably my favorite cooking style, right up there with BBQ. Stir Fry Chicken is quick, easy, and it taste great. The sweet peppers add a great flavor, and the chili paste adds a little heat. I like to eat my stir fry with jasmine rice, but I sometimes eat it with rice noodles instead. They are both great options. Stir Frying is a cooking style with very few hard rules in place. Which means that you have so many opportunities to make this dish, or any stir fry dish your own.
