1 pound boneless/skinless chicken

2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon cooking wine
1 teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon cilantro stems
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon corn starch
1 teaspoon sesame oil

Cooking Ingredients
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon white pepper
5 cloves garlic
2 teaspoons ginger
2 cups chicken stock

On the Side
3 Chinese sausages
Pickled jalapenos and carrots
4 green onions
Cilantro to taste
