Banana Spring Rolls are very fun and easy to make. They are a great way to get friends or family involved in the kitchen to spend some quality time together. Banana Spring Roll is just banana rolled in a spring roll pastry and deep fried. They make a perfect dessert, and pair well with vanilla or coconut ice cream. When making the caramel sauce I like to use coconut milk instead of heavy cream, it adds a richer tropical flavor to the caramel. But a word of caution, be very careful when cooking the sugar into caramel, as hot sugar will act just like acid when it touches your skin. It will melt your skin right off if you spill it onto yourself. Do not let kids make the caramel unsupervised.
