They are typically just a few inches in diameter and have a rounded bottom. You can top these little pancakes with your favorite fruit or veggie. I chose three of the most common toppings of my childhood, taro, corn, and green onions. Tom Yum Fried Rice is a very special recipe. Most Thai food lovers are probably familiar with the famous sour and spicy soup known as Tom Yum Goong, which literally translated into "Boiled Salad Shrimp". My Tom Yum Fried Rice recipe takes the classic Tom Yum Soup flavors and puts them into a fried rice dish. You can really get a sense that you're eating Tom Yum Goong soup, but in a rice format.
