I often get asked what brand of cookware or cutlery that I use. Although things are always changing, there are a handful of items that have earned a full time place in my kitchen. Items that I have used over the years that have proven to be reliable, or at least useful when it comes to cooking. I have been using GreenLife cookware for about two years. So far I am happy with the way they work. Ceramic non-stick coating on the inside makes both cooking and cleaning easy. GreenLife cookware is made of dishwasher safe lightweight aluminum for excellent heat conduction so everything cooks evenly. But my favorite thing about this cookware set is the price. This is a good entry level wok that can be used for years before natural wear and tear start to take a toll. I bought this knife set about a year ago and I love them for light kitchen use. Cutting vegetables, fruit, and meat are all easy with this beautiful knife set. One word of caution though, please be sure to dry these knives immediately after washing them. I made the mistake of washing one before bed time and left it to air-dry over night. By morning time a very tiny rust spot had developed. Luckily, I was able to clean it right away and remove the rust spot. Since then I have always been sure to dry my cutlery immediately after washing. Be sure to take very good care of your cutlery and you will have no problems with this set. The best part of this set is the price. You won't find a better price for a knife set this nice for light every day use.
