Thai Seafood Pancake หอยทอดรวมมิตร is a variation on of the traditional Hoi Tod version. This version is slightly different because I am using mixed seafood instead of just clams or muscles. 1 tablespoon arrowroot starch flour
1 teaspoon tapioca starch
6 tablespoons cold water
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
Spinkle of white pepper
1 tablespoon green onions
1 teaspoon cilantro
2 eggs
3 ounces bean sprouts

Dipping Sauce
1/4 cup sriracha sauce
2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
