Tempura ผักชุบแป้งทอด is a great to eat a ton of veggies and not actually feel like you just ate a ton of veggies. Almost no one in my house, except me, likes onions. But when I dip onions in tempura batter, fry it, and add a little sweet chili sauce, everyone scarfs them down. Tempura not only taste great but it is super easy and fast to make. It is the perfect appetizer when Asian food is the main course. Well, actually it is the perfect appetizer just about any time. Give it a try and enjoy veggies.

Tempura Batter
2 cups all purpose flour
1 cup rice flour
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups cold carbonated water

Veggies (whatever you like)
2 carrots
6 okra
1/2 onion
2 large kale leafs
1/4 head broccoli

Dipping Sauce (whatever you like)
Sweet chili sauce
Plum sauce
Ranch dressing
