Sticky Rice with Mango is one of my favorite desserts, and since mango is a seasonal fruit, I get really excited this time of year. This recipe is very popular in Thailand, and can be found in the dessert section on the menu of most Thai restaurants around the world, when in season. This recipe is tasty and so easy to make, if you like to eat mango, and are wondering what to do with it, then give this recipe a try. You won't be disappointed.

There are two important tricks to making this recipe great. The first trick to this making this recipe is in the mango itself. You want to make sure that you're using a ripe mango, but not one that is too soft. It shouldn't be green (too young), but it shouldn't be mushy either (too old). You need to use a firm, ripe mango. The second trick is to make sure that you clean your rice very good. Rinse your rice at least four or five times to remove all of the dust and starchy powders. Rinsing will help prevent clumping. Unrinsed rice will be your downfall when making this recipe.
