Pumpkin Cookies คุ้กกี้ฟักทอง are a real treat this time of year. I always make a lot, but they go so quickly in my home. Luckily, this time of year fresh pumpkins can be found almost everywhere. If possible, make these great cookies using your own fresh pumpkin puree, the flavors will be much better. If you love pumpkin, and you love cookies, then you're going to love this.

Ingredients

Cookie Dough
2 and 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 and 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon clove
1/4 teaspoon all spice
1 teaspoon ginger powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup butter
1 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup pumpkin puree
1 egg

Frosting
2 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons milk
2 cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanila extract
