Making your Pad Thai Sauce ahead of time makes cooking Pad Thai even faster and easier. And honestly, I sometimes even add a few spoons of Pad Thai Sauce in my stir fry just because I love the flavor so much.

4 cups water
8 tablespoons tamarind sauce
8 ounces palm sugar
4 tablespoons fish sauce
2 teaspoons salt
2 shallots
4 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon cooking oil
2 large dried red peppers (rehydrated)
2 tablespoons sriracha sauce (optional)
