Homemade Tamarind Paste
Tamarind Paste มะขามเปียก is a base ingredient for many recipes. Making your own Tamarind Paste at home is fresher and taste better. I use Tamarind Paste in many of my recipes right here on the Spoon Fork Heart cooking show, and always try to make it fresh whenever possible. It is easy and fast to make, and if you make extra it will save in the fridge for weeks.

8 ounces fresh tamarind
2 cups warm water
