Cabbage Rolls

Cabbage Rolls are one of those dishes that everyone can appreciate. Cabbage Rolls as a recipe are as versatile as it gets. I have had European style cabbage rolls, North African style cabbage rolls, and as you might have guessed, my favorite, Asian style cabbage rolls. This recipe is my take on a classic Asian Cabbage Roll. Not only is it healthy, but it is full of flavor, a combination that some people might think is hard to find when talking about veggies. Ingredients

Rolls
1 pound ground turkey
1 carrot
5 green onions
6 ounce mushrooms
15 cilantro sprigs
1 head cabbage
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon white pepper

Sauce
1 handful fresh basil
8 green Thai chili peppers
8 cloves garlic
15 cilantro stems
4 and 1/2 tablespoons lime juice
4 tablespoons soy sauce
4 tablespoons sugar
